I just entered about a dozen or so new imports, as well as a couple of Québec
ones. Apart from that, I'll be revising a few comments, adding the Beer
References links and Suds will finally enter his remarks within a few weeks.
Well hello there! Come in, come in. Pull up a chair at the bar. My name is Schnitzel, and
I'm the owner, the operator and the brewmeister of this place. And a fine bar Under The
Tap is, eh! How did you know I was Canadian, eh? So, what can I do you for? We've got
a great selection of Canadian and imported beers, links to other beer references, but most
importantly you get my two cents worth about the best and worst beers I've tasted. Oh,
before I forget, let me introduce you to my assistant-barkeep and otherwise trusty sidekick
Suds. He'll be hanging about and around in the bar, giving his picks and ideas every once
in a while, and his appreciation of the beers he's tasted. Unfortunately he hasn't tasted as
many beers as I have, but hey! he's only assistant-barkeep, right? Anyway, your first
drink's on me!
